The initial goals of the CCGBE are to
promote and disseminate quality research in corporate governance and
business ethics,
and to provide a research reference
to related sites, publications, conferences and relevant events.
Subsequent goals include on-campus
conferences, forums and colloquia for academics, business leaders and
professionals to discuss major issues in corporate
governance and business ethics, and propose remedial changes.
