Nov. 1: Port of Los Angeles Business Opportunity Expo If you have your own company or are interested in finding out how you can do business with various contractors and the Port of Los Angeles, the port and CSUDH Office of Alumni Relations invite you to a business expo, held Nov. 1 from 5–7 p.m. on campus in Extended Education Room EE1213. Some of the participating firms include Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Parsons Corporation, Project Control Consulting, Inc., and Katherine Padilla & Associates. They represent business sectors such as environmental services, engineering and design, community outreach, and construction. In addition, Port executives will be on-hand to discuss business and Homeland Security opportunities with the Port as well as employment opportunities with the City of Los Angeles.
