C.E. Zoerner, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Created
The Marketing Department and the family of late Professor of Marketing Cyril E.
Zoerner, Jr. have developed a new scholarship fund in memory of the former CSUDH
professor. [Full story] Zoerner was a member of the faculty from 1976 through
1996 and often expressed concern over the ever-increasing cost of textbooks and
the impact this had upon his students. The new scholarship bearing his name will
be awarded to CBAPP students pursuing a concentration in marketing to help
defray the cost of textbooks. At least one award will be given each semester.
Those interested in contributing to the scholarship fund can make checks payable
to the “CSUDH Foundation” with a note on the check indicating it is for the
“C.E. Zoerner, Jr. Memorial Scholarship.” Checks can be sent to Leslie
